All Browband orders (custom and in stock) must be paid in full upfront before the order will be commenced/posted.

All in stock browband orders will be posted within 3-4 working days.

All custom browband orders will be made and posted within 2-6 weeks depending on time of year. Please ensure you enter your required date on your order so we can schedule accordingly.

Returns & Refunds:

www.mpbrowbands.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

MP Browbands does not offer refunds/returns for change of mind, incorrect size ordered or incorrect colour selection. We highly recommend measuring your current browband before ordering as standard sizes vary depending on the company. Instructions on measuring can be found on the sizing page.

If you believe the product is faulty, please contact us immediately as returns must be made to MP Browbands within 14 days and in original condition. If the product is found to be faulty, postage costs are nonrefundable. A replacement product will be posted free of charge.


Postage/Pick up:

All orders will be posted via Australia Post with tracking.

Regular postage is a flat rate of $10.95 and express postage is a flat rate of $13.50.

Shipping to New Zealand is AUD $20.00 via Australia Post with tracking and takes approx. 5 working days.

Selecting express postage will not speed up the time of your custom browband order. If you require a custom order urgently, please contact us via Facebook, email or text message.

Pick up is available from Woori Yallock VIC 3139. Please contact us ahead of picking up to confirm we are available.
